Our stay was a great experience. Enjoyed our glamorous and big rooms, plus the staff was best! The location in a quiet part of the town was amazing for us.

The room felt very basic and the bathroom was cold.

I enjoyed the hotel, it's quaint and the location is perfect very close to the beach. Location: the venue was just off restaurants/bars, and shops. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Anne of Cleves House...

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying the central area, close to shops. We stayed in a comfortable triple room with an en suite toilet, air conditioning, and a spacious refrigerator. the location was perfect – we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. the property was conveniently situated near Lewes Priory Park.

our second stay in zipolite was even better thanks to the lovely couple at our hotel. they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the location was perfect. the rooms were comfortable and the area was quiet. we felt safe and taken care of throughout our stay.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and conveniently close to the main road for transportation. We also loved the fact that our room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot days.

That the building was undergoing construction during our stay, which made the lower level a bit dirty and noisy during the daytime. Additionally, the bed was a bit hard and not the most comfortable.

The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even helped us with making bus reservations. The private room we had was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a minute walk away from everything, yet still quiet.
